The rooms were in good shape, very clean, and had plenty of storage. The reception and entertainment teams were friendly and offered a good variety of activities. We visited at the end of January. The food was decent for a self-service cafeteria, from breakfast through dinner. The main issue was the unclear labeling: evening soup was only called “soup” or “vegetable soup,” and the menu just said “starter buffet” and “dessert buffet” every time. We would have liked more detail. Apart from that, it’s a very good establishment.

The fireplace made the evenings pleasant, though the room was too cold at breakfast and lunch. The restaurant didn’t serve typical Jura mountain dishes during the week, which was a small disappointment, but the New Year’s Eve dinner was a success. The location is good, with friendly staff and shuttles to the ski resort every 15 minutes.

The repetitive meals were a real disappointment, with practically the same food at lunch and dinner. The quality felt more like a cafeteria than a holiday village restaurant, and it didn’t make us want to eat there. It’s a shame because this spoiled part of the stay. The rooms, meanwhile, were immaculate, very clean, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming to guests. The new manager’s lack of professionalism and fair play stood out; his attitude toward employees was often questionable, and the way he spoke to them was disrespectful, affecting the overall atmosphere of the establishment.
