Right beside the train station, so the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly.

The location is great, just a few minutes on foot from the train station. My room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfortable too. The breakfast was the one disappointing part.

The reception staff made us feel very welcome, and they have a handy place to store bags so you can keep exploring Metz until your train comes. The hotel is well placed for both the train and bus stations, with several museums and the city center easy to reach. Highly recommend it!

I chose this hotel after reading reviews that said it was clean, but the first room was far from it. There were lots of stains on the floor and in the bathroom, the toilet hadn't been flushed, and the shower needed a thorough clean. You know when you walk into a clean room. This wasn't one, and I wanted to walk straight back out. They gave me a second room, which was better than the first, but still below a proper cleaning standard. Breakfast was reasonable and the only good thing I took away from the stay. Check-in staff were fine, but the person at checkout needs to learn more about customer service. It's next to the train station, so it's OK for one night, but no longer. I know I won't book here again.

The staff were very nice, and the place was clean and conveniently located. The internet didn't work for me, though. I've been able to get online everywhere else in Europe, but the staff said it was my fault or my issue. With the security restrictions and metered connection, it isn't suitable for remote work. Remote workers, book at your own risk!
