We booked two cabrio rooms for our family of four for an overnight stop on a long drive, and they were just what we needed. The rooms were small but clean, with clean bedding and bathrooms, and the staff were friendly. I’d been a bit worried by some older reviews, but we had no problems.

A clean, minimalist room that did the job for a night’s rest on the road. The showers and toilets were shared, but clean, and check-in was automated. It’s not too far from the highway.

The bed was like a rock, and breakfast was disgusting. It cost 4 euros per person and wasn’t worth even 0.50 cents. We paid 50 euros for the night, and I regret every euro. Never again. The hotel is in a horrible industrial area, full of “strange” people and truck drivers. Reception closes after 21:00. We booked one of the new rooms with its own toilet, but it was tiny, and the hand basin was outside it next to the bed.

The noise started just after midnight, with loud bass thumping from a nightclub about 400 feet away that stays open until 5 a.m. on Saturday night into Sunday morning. That wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. I’ve never stayed somewhere worse. I’m no snob and I’m fine with budget accommodation, but this place was beyond budget. We accidentally booked a room without a private bathroom, and it was a huge mistake. The shared toilets had no toilet roll, and one bowl was smeared with excrement. The showers were awful. The bed cover was stained and torn, and looked like something stolen from a homeless person.
