It was affordable and, even booking on check-in day, the cheapest option we found. Parking was plentiful and free, late check-in was possible, and breakfast was reasonably priced. The location is quite close to the highways. There weren’t any restaurants or fast-food places within walking distance. The rooms were small, and the bathrooms felt like they belonged on a train or plane, with washrooms even smaller despite the “Premiere” or “First class” wording.

We arrived around 1 a.m. and checked in through the automated machine. The breakfast was very substandard, and the beds were below average, even taking the budget price into account. The hotel in Dijon I’m comparing it with was far superior.

The sound insulation wasn’t very good, but otherwise this was a nice, clean motel room. The bathroom was clean too, and the beds were comfortable. I’ve stayed in several motels, and this was easily the best one.

It’s very cheap and close to the Metz Expo, with breakfast included. The rooms are small, and there’s nowhere to eat nearby apart from a very expensive restaurant at the Expo. A bus to the city centre comes every 20 minutes.

For a PC type hotel, I’d give it three stars. The rooms are a bit bigger than usual, and everything is inside, with stairs. It needs refurbishing, and I’ve preferred other places. If judging it as anything else, I’d give it one star.
