The living room was spacious and cozy, and the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. The apartment also has large, practical terraces and is in a quiet spot. There were 10 of us, so some noise was natural, though it wasn't excessive. Even so, having a party wasn't possible because of the apartments next door and below. The large kitchen was only partly functional, depending on who you asked. The freezer was unusable because it was packed with ice, and the dishwasher was very dirty, which was a shame.

We could hear the tenants upstairs urinating. Although tenants can access a laundry room, doing laundry was impossible because the housekeeper constantly took over the machines. She would start the wash and dry cycles, leave in the middle of the afternoon, and only empty them late the next morning when she came back. Otherwise, the laundry stayed there until her next visit. Too expensive for the value.

The area is quiet, with a bakery and supermarket close by, plus a shopping center and other stores nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and had the equipment we needed. Parking and access were perfect. It could use a few more finishing touches, though it seems the renovation was done with rentals in mind.

The terrace and kitchen were nice, and the apartment was well equipped. It’s in a quiet, pleasant area with several supermarkets nearby.
