The area was quiet and clean, and there’s a bus stop right outside. The staff were welcoming, and the shower had hot water. You can ask for a hairdryer at reception. It’s a budget-friendly place with a decent breakfast, though the selection was the same each morning: eggs you boil yourself, waffles, cereal, milk, three kinds of yogurt, jam, butter, mini croissants, pain au chocolat, two cheeses, ham, and more.

We were travelling with a friend who uses a wheelchair, and the team was very helpful and accommodating. There was some confusion with our booking at first, but they still did a lot to help us, which we really appreciated.

Souad and Pierre were patient and helped us find a way to change our reservation. Even the head manager stepped in to help. The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff were the best part of our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

8/10
The tram and metro are very close, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We used the room mainly as a place to sleep while we explored the city, and it was just what we needed. Breakfast was good enough, and there’s fresh water available for filling bottles. A comfortable, affordable option in a convenient location.

6/10
The rooms were comfortable and well stocked, and the staff were friendly. We also found the hotel reasonably priced, with the amenities we needed, in a pleasant, safe community. Getting into the city took longer, though. The nearby RER station was closed during our stay, so we had to take a bus and then the metro each day. Paris’s transit system made that manageable, but reaching further into the city still took about 40-50 minutes.
