The garden and the town of Meung sur Loire are lovely, and we had a good dinner just around the corner at Du Commerce. We felt very welcome in this beautiful historic house. The family room worked well, and we all slept soundly. We had a great stay and hope to return. It’s well worth visiting for a weekend or so.

The hosts are attentive and always glad to hear questions or requests. Breakfast had a lovely selection of treats, many of them homemade. The rooms and whole property have a special charm, with thoughtful decor throughout. A beautiful place to stay on the Loire, and a magical bed and breakfast with a real feel-good atmosphere.

Even if the weather turns bad, this is a lovely place to spend time. There’s a big living room with lots of games and puzzles, and the surroundings and the Loire are beautiful. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The owners were incredibly hospitable, and breakfast was delicious. What a lovely place to stay!
