They were happy to accommodate a late arrival, and communication was great. Amazing hotel and staff, thank you!

After trying nine hotels late at night and finding none with a receptionist, I was close to sleeping in the car. Les 3 Roses came through for us, with a 24-hour receptionist. The breakfast was amazing too!

We arrived late, and the man at the front desk was a gem. When no other place in Grenoble would take us, he found us a room and even gave us toothpaste and water. The bed was super comfy, and the hotel decor is really cute.

The gym is only open from 9am to 9pm, which doesn’t work for me because I’m usually out during those hours, so I couldn’t use it. Breakfast could use more variety for longer stays, with the hot dishes changing during the week. The Wi-Fi was really unstable. It repeatedly asked me to log in on every device several times a day, and it would stop working now and then. I ended up using a lot of roaming data on my phone.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive and very professional, and the amenities were unparalleled. An amazing stay, thank you!
