We arrived at 11:30 p.m. to find our room occupied by another couple, with an invoice bearing my name. They’d checked in at the counter four hours earlier. We had to sort it out ourselves by using the reservation code from the other couple’s booking. A very unpleasant surprise, especially with a child.

The place was clean and calm. The entrance’s automated system wouldn’t recognize my credit card, but fortunately a kind employee helped me check in.

Great breakfast, and the location is very convenient. The atmosphere felt healthy too.

We had a really good night, and the host provided a good breakfast to make up for a problem during check-in. They sorted that issue out quickly and perfectly.

The breakfast guy turned up late and seemed sleepy, maybe still drunk or high from the night before. There was nothing ready, so we couldn’t start eating. When we asked for trays and cups, he kept pretending to slice bread and stay busy. Nobody needed bread, we needed cups, spoons, and trays. I’m sure he was doing it on purpose. French hospitality wasn’t there. Mersi.
