Hotel du Commerce

We had a double room with windows looking toward the city centre and mountains in the background, and they let our dog stay with us without any problem. We loved the hotel. When our car broke down in the middle of the night, the other hotels were closed and nobody else would help us find somewhere to sleep. This was the only hotel that answered the phone and helped us at 4 am. The owners are an amazing, friendly couple who seem to run the place with real passion and love. We’re so grateful, and we’ll certainly stay here again if we return to millau someday.

Cute and small, and good for the price. Some of the design choices are questionable, but it’s a convenient place to lay your head, right in the centre and close to everything.

The view over the centre of Millau was amazing, and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They spoke English fluently, too. It took the hectic drive through Paris for us to finally feel like we’d found the real France here. A charming little jewel in the south, and I’d love to come back. The Millau bridge is a must-see.

You’re right in the middle of Millau, with shops, bars, restaurants and the train station close by. It’s a lovely old French hotel and very good value for money.
