The beach was the best part for us, just a five-minute walk away, with lovely sunsets and easy ocean strolls. Our family of five had plenty of room in the comfortable apartment, and the kitchenette let us make some meals ourselves. We paid the 100Eur housekeeping fee so we wouldn't have to clean before leaving. The staff were welcoming and gave us useful tips for exploring the area. We also liked the location for a seaside break. The extra charges for sheets, towels and TV, plus having to pay for limited Wi-Fi in the apartment, kept this from being a five-star stay.

The kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, and they were well maintained. The market square is right across the street, while the beach is an easy five-minute walk away. It's a very central spot in Mimizan Plage.

A pool was a lovely extra, and the houses are near the sea, town centre and forest. They're small, but laid out just right. The location makes this a good base close to the centre of Mimizan, and I'd recommend it.
