Moliets plage, Résidence OPEN SUD

Once inside, the dust had me sneezing for an hour, even though my allergies aren't serious. It looked like the mattresses hadn't been washed or the place vacuumed in ages. The elevator was filthy too, with rubbish and dirt everywhere, almost like a rat infestation. We'd booked two apartments, one for the young people and a four-bedroom one for the four couples. After we'd paid part of the cost to reserve them, we were told a few days later that we couldn't use the apartment. We had to find other places: one for three couples, one for a couple, and another for the young people. That pushed the total well above what we'd planned to spend on the holiday. The apartments look nice from outside, but inside they're a disaster and nothing like the photos. Furniture is noisy and awkward to open or close, and the sliding wardrobe doors take a lot of force. The beds feel like sleeping on the floor. After just one night my back hurt, as did everyone else's. The pillows are only 1 cm thick, so we folded them and added clothing for support. We all woke with sore necks. The radiators look like they're from 1990, and so does the tiny bathroom hairdryer. The toilet chain is outside and badly fitted. The wiring is awful. In the big room, the switch by the bed controls the socket below it, not any lights. The light on the other side of the bed only works if you turn on the switch by the door. Towels and sheets cost extra. We brought our own, luckily, because I doubt the ones provided would have been any good. For this price, it's a rip-off. The apartment is awful and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. I'm sure I've forgotten something.
