We loved the peace and quiet, and the terrace was a great place to watch the breathtaking sunsets. It has two tables, six chairs, and a barbecue, with two large glass doors opening onto it. The apartment was built in 2021, so everything in the building and inside feels brand new. There’s private parking, and electric shutters on all the windows. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, and a large fridge with freezer. The bathroom is spacious, with a great overhead shower and washing machine. Both bedrooms have big wardrobes, and one has a huge TV. The living room is roomy enough for two and has a large screen. There are three air conditioners and a towel dryer, too. There are lots of lovely beaches nearby, and Ajaccio is only 30 minutes away. We’d recommend plage verghia, which has just a few people, shade from 2pm, and a nice view. The concierge service was very helpful. Thanks, Kevin 😊 We’ll definitely return. The only small downside was the WiFi, at 12Mbps down and 1Mbps up. It was still fine for streaming. Everything else was great 👍🏻

Mathieu, the owner, was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, and communication with him was excellent. Kevin from the concierge service was just as good, always available, cheerful, and professional. The apartment was clean, functional, and very well equipped, with two sunny terraces. We had a heavenly stay in this magical place, with a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Ajaccio. Absolutely fantastic, I’ll be back 👌

The apartment is nicely laid out, and its view is magnificent. It’s well placed between the loveliest beaches on Ajaccio’s South Shore, and the airport is just 20 minutes away, which is very convenient. A really nice place, I highly recommend it.

We went as a family of two adults and two children, and had a wonderful stay outside the peak season. The apartment is top of the range, beautifully decorated, and superbly equipped. And what a view! It made a perfect base for exploring the south shore of Ajaccio.

The owner was attentive and reliable, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It’s a superb place with an exceptional sea view. Book without hesitation, just keep your eyes open so you can take in the view!
