Le Rourebeau

The countryside around the holiday home is beautiful, and the hosts’ great tips helped us see a lot of southern France. We felt at home straight away in Le Tilleul, which is lovingly furnished and very well equipped. A fantastic, relaxing holiday!

We explored the area by bike and enjoyed Provence, with its blooming lavender and trees laden with apricots and cherries. Hiking through the Ouveze region was fun and refreshing. We’d love to come back. The house is furnished with care and has its own character. There’s a wonderful, cozy place to sit outside in the garden, with idyllic scenery stretching as far as you can see. We felt at home right away.

We stayed at the end of July 2020. Mollans-sur-Ouvèze is close by, with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the surrounding vineyards, the view of Mont Ventoux, the sunrises and sunsets, and Faucon across the way. Christine and Tobias were kind, though it was a shame we only met them on our last day. The house was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated how peaceful it was. We’d gladly return to this quiet place, away from the crowds, perhaps in spring or autumn when it’s cooler. The heatwave wasn’t much help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the owners’ warm welcome. They’re incredibly friendly and hospitable. The house and grounds are tastefully designed and make you feel at home, while the location and its view of Mont Ventaux are unique. Highly recommended!
