Hôtel Diana Restaurant & Spa by Happyculture

There’s a big parking lot, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is in the center of town, conveniently near the train station, though the building could use some updating.

The room interiors and the other spaces had an interesting style, and we could leave our bikes in the courtyard. My partner and I had a lovely, peaceful stay at Hotel Diana and Spa in Molsheim this August. Breakfast was nice and quiet, and the pool and saunas were our favorite places to unwind. It’s a convenient spot for a calm, cozy getaway :)

The rooms were nice, and I liked the wine and the location, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re concerned about your card being misused. I’d given my card details to reserve the room, then the hotel charged it in three separate transactions. Staff couldn’t explain who had made them or what they were for, and one was an Amazon purchase. Also, the fitness studio could only be reached from outside, so I had to go out in the cold because the pool route was closed for maintenance. The pillows weren’t good either, and I struggled to sleep during all three days of my stay this week.

The pool and spa area was close to our room, clean, and well maintained. We had a large room with direct garden access, a nice bathroom, separate toilet, and a comfortable, roomy bed. There was a strong Wi-Fi signal, plus coffee and tea facilities and a lovely packet of locally made cookies. Breakfast was a great buffet, and parking was free. The old downtown was only a short walk away. From the smiling, professional welcome at reception through checkout, it was a great hotel experience.
