I was billed twice. I had already booked and paid through Booking.com, but the hotel charged me again when I checked in. More than two weeks and several hours of emails later, after sending all the information they requested, I still haven't received a refund. They keep asking for more, even though they have enough to see the mistake and return the money. The hotel itself was pretty grim, and there were several dodgy people hanging around late at night. I wasn't expecting much, though, and the location works for a short stop on a long journey.

Check-in and check-out were easy, the room was clean, and the staff were helpful. It was a little small for three adults. We were also a bit baffled by the toilets and showers, and the toilet and shower areas need better ventilation.

I had asked for a GF breakfast and decaf coffee when booking, and also discussed paying in £ instead of Euros over the phone on 7 December. Even after several calls, there are still problems. I tried the coffee machine and it took my money without giving me decaf. There were no towels in the bathroom, so I had to get one from my car. When I went to shower, I found that it hadn't been cleaned, so I didn't use it. Why have a bathroom with no towels? After all of this, I would like 50% of my fee back for the bad experience.

I never got to see the room. The place looked completely locked up and abandoned when I arrived, and the self check-in machine wasn't working. After several tries to reach them, I left. The next day they got back to me and said I should have waited outside until someone arrived. I was still charged for the room, and when I explained what had happened, they dismissed my claim and were very rude.

Just OK. The room was tiny, but fine for one night, and I had booked one with a king bed. Check-in was through the machine, and we entered using the code. Parking was free, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to watch YouTube videos.
