The location was noisy, with loud children causing constant disturbance and making it hard to relax. The whole stay felt slow and frustrating, and was poorly handled. When we arrived, staff were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. They demanded full payment before showing us the room, then handed over the keys without explaining anything properly. Only afterwards did we find out the room was in the basement. That had never been mentioned at booking or check-in, and felt misleading and unacceptable. A very disappointing stay, not worth the money. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

A good place to stay with your team for ski training. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the main gondola is within walking distance. The Italian owner promises good Italian food.

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and engaging, and we loved Luna, the resident dog who would wait obediently outside the restaurant. With half board, breakfast was ample and the evening meals were varied and delicious. We also got served quickly on arrival day, so we could book an afternoon of skiing. The boot room was spacious and convenient. The location is right at the base of the slopes, and the rooms were roomy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been useful.

The food was really nice, and the hotel sits right on the slope in an amazing spot. We could only book the luxury room. It had a balcony, which seemed to be the only luxury feature, but it was still a very nice room.

For a ski trip, the location is perfect and the ski gear storage is excellent. Breakfast was OK, but the rooms are small and feel cheaply finished. The showers are awkward to use without splashing water all over the bathroom, and the soundproofing is nonexistent. You can hear conversations in the corridor and music blasting from the nearby pub. It's fine if you're here purely to ski, but less suited to anyone wanting peace. Quite expensive for what it is.
