Belambra Club Les 2 Alpes Les Crêtes

The rooms were great on our second stay, and our quad had a balcony overlooking the main square. It stayed clean with daily visits from the cleaner while we were out on the slopes, and we had no noise issues. The cleaning team were lovely, friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant staff. You couldn't ask for a better spot, less than 50m from the main Jandri lift. Last year dinner was buffet starter with a choice of main; this year it was all buffet, which I actually preferred, and there were lots of good options. Wine on tap is hard to complain about! I only wish the coffee machines had been working at dinner. I'd definitely recommend it and come back again.

The food was the highlight for us. The chefs made the week, and we even had oysters and fizz on the last night. We had planned to eat out once, but the food was so good we worried about what we'd miss. Breakfast and dinner had so many choices that we left 10kg heavier! The hotel is right below the gondola, with a separate room for skis, boards and gear. We could get up, grab breakfast and walk to the lift easily, or snowboard right down to the door or locker room. The staff were all lovely, hardworking and friendly. Rooms were small, but the gear room helped, and the beds were super comfy. The ice skating disco outside stopped by 9pm. We could also watch the fireworks from our hotel window while everyone else stood out in the cold. We visited February 28th to March 7th for a snowboard week, and I've never stayed in a better hotel. I can't thank the staff enough. 10/10, I'd come back just to eat here.

It's a clean, tidy hotel, and we were only about 20 metres from the ski room to the main Jandri lift. Breakfast was good. We hadn't booked dinners, but ended up paying for five of the seven nights because the food was that good. I read the noise reviews: there was some street noise on Saturday, our first night, but the rest of the week was fine. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends. In the picture, we're about to take off our skis, with the lift behind us.

The location and English breakfast were fine, but the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. Service was useless, just excuses after I asked politely several times. The ski boots never get heated, so expect wet boots in the morning. Several other guests confirmed the same problem. They also play "afterski" music until 19:00 even with nobody there. We tried putting up with it today, but I can see why no one goes in when the cafe 50m away is full.
