The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The room, though, was tiny and had nothing in it. It smelled odd, like mould or something, and the carpet was dirty. At 163 Euro, the price was far too high for what we got. I think the room was worth about 50 Euro.

The manager blamed us at checkout for not returning a remote control, even though there had never been one. Service was terrible, especially in the dining room, where staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were old and outdated, and had no remote control. In the shared rooms, the top bunk makes it almost impossible to breathe while showering. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, even if I got paid. Go somewhere else for your own sanity.

We arrived at 1:00 am after a four-hour delay, and hot food was waiting for us. The staff were personable, fun and attentive, just great people. The three-course dinner was delicious every night, breakfast hit the spot, and the housekeeping team had our rooms clean every day when we got back from the hill. I know some people say the hotel needs renovation, but I find it charming, unpretentious and welcoming. You're here to ski, and the lifts are a very short walk away. The small sauna was a downside, and the pool temperature varied between warm and cold from day to day. Hope to return one day. Thanks for a great week!

The food was absolutely great, even with a set menu each night. On nights when the meal included something I'm allergic to, they could provide an alternative. We chose to eat out in town on those evenings, which was great. Staff were friendly and often shared tips for making the most of our trip. The hotel felt quaint, warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean. One issue was that the cleaner often didn't come until 4 pm. When we returned from the slopes wanting to relax, we had to wait somewhere else until the room was done.
