The Neilson staff were lovely and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the homemade soup, cake and biscuits served every afternoon, plus tea or coffee whenever you wanted it. Great service, and I'd definitely recommend the place.

For what I paid, I was more than happy. It's a 2-3 star hotel, so don't expect the world. The staff were wonderful and helped lift my rating from 3 stars to 4.

We enjoyed it so much last year that we've come back. The hotel is right in the heart of town, and the meals with Neilson Holidays are fantastic. It's our first night and the food has been brill so far.

Really nice owners and a very clean hotel. I loved how warm and welcoming it felt, and the breakfast was nice too.

Loved the place and the food. The rooms could be a lot better, though.
