They charged €300 to my card without warning and wouldn't respond to calls. The place was already dirty when we arrived, with blood on the mattress and a filthy floor, yet we were expected to clean it before leaving. We also had to make our own beds using sheets in a bag. Absolutely awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Our booking had been confirmed seven months ahead, then Vacanceole and L'Alba canceled it just two days before we were due to arrive. They gave no reason, offered no alternative place to stay, and showed no understanding of the situation. When we urgently asked for help, customer service was basically nonexistent, and someone even hung up mid-conversation. Vacanceole, the parent company, was just as responsible for the booking mess. The whole thing felt deeply unprofessional and showed little regard for customers. This was a nightmare and a reminder that a confirmed booking with this organization may not be secure. Think carefully before booking with Vacanceole or L'Alba, or your holiday plans could be ruined.

I left a camera behind last week and haven't had any replies to my emails. There's no phone number or other way to reach anyone at the agency. Really frustrating. If you expect even a little customer service, stay clear.

Two days before our stay, L'Alba canceled our apartment reservation and left us with nowhere to go. When we tried to find out what had happened, they didn't respond or offer any help.
