The property is new and well located, and it was a nice place to stay. Still, for a group of eight staying a week, the basic supplies ran short quickly. We had only two dishwasher tablets, a tiny bottle of detergent, one bin bag and three toilet rolls. The shower gel and conditioner dispensers were empty in every bathroom. Each person got one towel, and when I asked for more or replacement towels on day four, I was told they cost €10 each. The pool and gym closed at 7:30pm, which felt early, though I understand there’s no staff on site after 8pm. The place seems unsure whether it operates as a hotel, an apart-hotel or just apartments, and the limited basics reflect that.

alpeggio was very new and clean when I stayed in January 2026. The staff were helpful and ready to assist, and the indoor parking came in handy with 50cm of snow outside.

The building is brand new, and we had a good stay, but there were plenty of snags. The gym was open only from 10:30-19:30, basically while we were out skiing. The games room hours were 8-11 am and 16-19:30, so it was barely useful and felt like misleading advertising. Pool facilities were malfunctioning on three of our five days. The hamam was out twice and the jacuzzi once. Reception hours were inconvenient too: when there was no staff, the main entrance was locked and we had to come in through the basement. They don't supply bin bags, dish soap or dishwasher detergent. Toilet paper wasn't replenished unless we paid for mid-stay room service. There’s a lot to improve.

The accommodation and its facilities were brand new and very clean. Shops and ski lifts are right beside it.
