There weren't enough bed sheets, and they kept 300 euros from our deposit for no reason.

It was a cheap place, so I didn't expect much. Being so close to the slopes was a real plus, and the stay was not bad overall. Some bulbs were missing, so we left new ones for free, and we fixed one of the beds. The beds are very small, though, so anyone over 190 cm probably won't fit. Most things worked, but the stove took a while to heat up. We cleaned the place ourselves since we hadn't made much mess. Checkout went smoothly, and we got our deposit back. The ski box barely held two boards and a pair of skis, so we kept most of our gear on the balcony. I've seen worse places that cost more.

The gondola is right beside the apartment, which is great if you're mostly outdoors. A place for four is rather small, but if you're coming to ski and mainly need somewhere to sleep, it's absolutely enough. The bathroom and kitchen are both very nice, the heating is excellent, and we had hot water around the clock without any trouble. It wasn't perfectly clean, but I wouldn't call it dirty. You can't expect Hilton for such a low price. It's a very good place to stay, and I'm looking forward to coming again.

The room and the service were both awful. The staff were no help and acted like they could do whatever they wanted. At night it was freezing, with just two heaters: the bedroom one didn’t work, and the bathroom had a tiny unit. The blankets they gave us were filthy, and the bed wasn’t the double bed we’d been promised. The place looked nothing like the photos. The floor was dirty and smelled bad, the walls were yellowed, and there was even a hole in one of them. The sink was clogged, the toilet didn’t work properly, and there was nowhere to put our things. This was a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I could, I’d give it minus 100 stars.
