The bus stop is right outside, and the staff were great whenever we needed help, whether with internet, information, or a small dishwasher issue. We arrived at 9 PM for a late check-in and were lucky to get the key right away. The rooms were spacious and warm. Cleanliness was so-so, and I'm pretty sure we left the place cleaner than we found it. No real complaints about the room, bathroom, or kitchen. I did report a bump on the bedroom door to reception, just in case. The pool area was fine, though the hot tub wasn't very hot and the saunas were always overcrowded. With a property this size, those facilities could be larger, but that's how it is. The ski storage room is spacious, but unheated, so getting ski boots on in the morning takes extra effort. Maybe we just got lucky after reading other reviews, but while there is room for improvement, it really wasn't as bad as some people made it sound.

We stayed in these apartments for Rise Festival 2025, from December 6th to 13th, and had to pay an €800 deposit. We left the apartment spotless and supplied photos as proof, but the hosts kept the entire deposit. Since then, they've ignored our emails and won't take our calls. I strongly advise avoiding this place. I'll update or remove this review if they get in touch and put things right. After GOELIA replied: It's concerning and disappointing that the accommodation chose to respond publicly here while refusing to reply to our email thread or engage with us directly in a constructive, amicable way. Google reviews don't let us respond to their public comment. The reason given for keeping our deposit contradicts what we were told when booking. We paid our own individual deposit and were never told we'd be financially responsible for damage allegedly caused by unrelated tenants. We left no cleaning issues or damage in our apartment, as the photos show, yet our deposit was put at risk because of third parties. That's unjust and unreasonable. We were not part of a group, and claims that we were are factually incorrect and misleading.

Avoid this place like the plague! We arrived at 8 PM during a snowstorm, with no phone or internet service to warn them, and the property was shut. No one was in the lobby, answered the phone, or responded on the emergency line. By 11 PM, desperate in the storm, we went to another hotel. Luckily, the front desk lady knew someone who could somehow get us the key. When we finally got into the room, there was no bedding, towels, or soap. You also have to clean up when you check out or face a 250 euro fine. Parking costs 25 a day, plus a fee. The sauna wasn't working, and the pool and hot tub were lukewarm at best. Staff were very rude and dismissive. Four of them stood together staring at their phones and ignored customers for more than 15 minutes, even after repeated attempts to get their attention. They looked annoyed when spoken to and grunted or sighed loudly. For 250 euros a night, this was the worst hostel of our lives, not a hotel.

I stayed for a week and, for the first time, found an apartment with no bedding. We had to collect it from reception and make the beds ourselves. Basic supplies were missing too: no dish soap or sponge, and just one toilet roll for the whole week. Wi-Fi covered only one device. Connecting more meant paying an extra €20 for the week, which is unreasonable. Cleaning wasn't included either. We could do it ourselves without any supplies, or pay extra. Our trip organizer had agreed to a €20 per person cleaning fee, but two reception staff tried to charge €65 instead of the agreed €40 for an apartment for two. Even after our organizer stepped in, they insisted on the higher price instead of checking with their supervisor. We ended up paying the original agreed amount. Poor organization, hidden charges, and unprofessional staff. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The mountain views are great from all over the hotel, and the apartments are spacious and in a handy spot by the Vallee Blanche chair lift, with Belle Etoile also fairly close. Everything in the apartment worked, though the unusual layout took some getting used to for us Brits. An oven would have made cooking easier. I used the pool after skiing and found it useful. The booklet pointed us to facilities on the sixth floor of block G, but after three failed attempts I asked reception when the pool would reopen. They mentioned another set of facilities on the second floor of Block A, with lovely views of the Vallee Blanche chair lift. Service felt limited once check-in was over. We were asked for several cash deposits for different things, which is why I gave service two stars.
