Le Haut Pont de la Baie

The evening jacuzzi was a lovely extra for relaxing over the weekend. Emmanuelle welcomed us so warmly, and the whole place felt peaceful and comfortable. Our room was cozy and spotless, and the bedding was top-notch. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and homemade. We were even offered another coffee! I highly recommend it. 😉

The building is charming and breakfast was good, though we had to ask Emmanuelle for another cup of coffee. It's also a bit far from Saint-Malo. The biggest problem was the invoice. We asked Emmanuelle for one before leaving, and she said she didn't have time, but would send it within three days. After many calls and messages, she never replied. That meant we couldn't get partial reimbursement through our company's employee benefits program. It's a shame, since issuing an invoice doesn't take long. Travelers should make sure their host prepares administrative documents on-site, or they may be left waiting a long time.

Emmanuelle welcomed us warmly, and the place was beautiful. We loved the room and the perfect homemade breakfast. She also gave us great tips for restaurants and exploring nearby. We'll definitely come back.

The gîte is charming, tucked into a quiet little hamlet and well placed for exploring the area. We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Eric's. Their homemade breakfasts were delicious, and we looked forward to them every morning. We enjoyed talking with them and hearing their advice and stories about the region. A huge thank you to them. It was fantastic!
