The best part was the host, who was friendly, helpful, and happy to suggest hikes and places to visit nearby. The rentals are comfortable and clean, with everything needed, and conveniently close to the shuttles and shops.

The room was comfortable, properly equipped, and above all very clean. The owner was easy to reach and had plenty of advice to make a stay in the Puy de Sancy area better. The hotel faces a quiet street, close to shops and shuttle buses for the Mont-Dore ski resorts.

For the third year in a row, we’ve come back with great pleasure, and our three kids are delighted each time. The apartments are pleasant, well equipped, and spotless, with a warm welcome from a very professional manager. The location in the heart of Mont-Dore is superb. I highly recommend both the residence and Mont-Dore. See you soon. Virginie Queval

My partner and I had a wonderful 10 days here in August. The manager was excellent, attentive, available, and full of good hiking advice. The studios are clean, quiet, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and decent appliances, though a bit dated. Bring your own linens, or rent them on-site. The residence is right in the center of the Auvergne volcanoes, where many hiking trails meet. We highly recommend it.

We spent three weeks here, and the apartment was bright, very nice, and well equipped. The owner was kind and always there to help guests if they needed anything. I recommend staying here.
