We paid 52 euros and it was a waste of time. There was no shower curtain or wall mount, so the shower head was just left on the floor. The room had only one towel for two people, and there was dirt behind the door. Totally unacceptable. The receptionist seemed uninterested in our complaint and sent us online to customer services. We had a similar problem on the way down the previous week, with the shower head loose and needing to be held in one hand while showering. I had to give one star for the post to save.
4/10
The beds were okay, and there’s plenty of parking. The hotel is easy to find. Beyond that, I’d only stay here for one night if there were no other options or in an emergency. The room was dirty, noisy, cramped, and didn’t feel secure. It’s really only big enough for two, not three. The mini heater on the wall produced heat but didn’t warm the room, and the AC/heater above the shelves only blew cold air even when set to 30°C and left for 10 minutes. The room was cold at night, and the Wi-Fi either wouldn’t connect or kept cutting out after a few seconds. Not worth the money otherwise.
4/10
We chose it for a cheap, convenient overnight stop. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked, which was a relief after a long, hot day. The room was adequate, if a little tired and shabby. The check-in desk wasn’t open when it should have been, so we had to check in at the hotel next door.
4/10
We were charged twice for a single night, and the experience was far from the best. The double room was very cramped, with an even tighter shower room and toilet where there was hardly room to move. I’d only suggest staying here if money is extremely tight or there are no other options nearby.
8/10
The staff were very nice, and the location was convenient. The price was reasonable and the room very clean. We stayed in the disability room, which was showing some wear and tear and signs of age.
