The homemade breakfasts and dinners were great, and the house is close to downtown and a park for walks. The design is amazing, and the rooms feel made with care. Anthony is a wonderful, attentive host and a great conversationalist.

We only spent one night here, though I’d recommend staying longer. The rooms are fantastic, with cosy beds and stylish decor. You can hear a little between them, but the place is very quiet, so it wasn’t a concern. Breakfast was delicious and not to be missed. It’s a fabulous little place, looked after by a wonderful host and his daughter.

Breakfast is shared with the other guests, which we really enjoyed, and the hosts were so friendly and the place was spotless. We even got to switch apartments at the last minute when the one we’d booked wasn’t quite what we expected. It’s a very unusual, warmly run manor house, and you do have to take your shoes off first. The bed was very basic and creaked whenever we moved. The bathtub was another downside, since it could only be filled about a quarter of the way with hot water. Many thanks to the lovely hosts!

The owner is thoughtful and interesting, and knows the region well. He talks about it with real passion. We felt at home in this family house from the moment we arrived, thanks to the owner's natural, spontaneous welcome and the care taken to make guests comfortable. It was a lovely experience, and has made us want to book more bed and breakfasts. Thank you again!
