Disappointing for the price, and really disappointing in general. We only wanted to cool off for a day, but couldn't use the pool from 2 to 5 pm, right through the hottest part of the day. The restriction was mentioned in a small corner of the website. At 1:50, while we were still relaxing by the pool, she started yelling at us. They were unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate us. I wouldn't stay more than one night.

The house is charming and fine for a single night. We spent two days there and felt unwelcome the whole time. The hostess came across as very unfriendly and not at all customer friendly. Such a shame.

The breakfast Dominique made was extraordinary, especially the homemade jams with their delicate flavors, and the mayonnaise wafers for those lucky enough to get them. The rooms and little apartments are cozy, well equipped, and well kept, and the quiet made for restful nights. There's also a superb pool where you can relax or get a light refreshment. Le Moulin de Buffiere offers high-quality accommodation. We were delighted and will definitely come back!

We enjoyed a bottle of good local white wine by the pool, which you can buy there. The breakfast was generous and homemade, and we loved the calm, typical setting of the Moulin de Buffiere, with its landscaped grounds and swimming pool. We highly recommend it.

Dominique and Laurent gave us a very warm welcome and helpful advice when we stopped for one night at Le Moulin on our way back from vacation. Breakfast was excellent, and we loved the beautiful house and pleasant pool. The COVID measures were respected well.
