The pool was still closed, even though the website says it opens on 1st July. With temperatures reaching 38°C, you'd think they might have tried opening it sooner. We also struggled to find water for the aquaroll. When I eventually found a tap, it took 10 minutes to fill and I had to keep holding it in. The facilities themselves were clean, but very basic. On arrival, reception was shut and a sign said to pitch up and someone would find us. Nobody did. We had already booked and paid, luckily, and reception never opened for the rest of our stay. A thoroughly unsatisfactory stopover. If we'd planned to stay more than one night, we wouldn't have stayed longer.

We were told where our pitch was, but given no other information. The toilets weren't very clean, either. Since we were just passing through, we booked at the last minute, but there were no gates to prevent people driving in and out overnight. At 3am, we were woken by people coming and going. Not a great experience!

The facilities were tidy and clean, and the service was excellent. We only stayed a night in our campervan after booking online at the last minute, but I'd happily stay here again.

Groups were drinking beer, shouting and blasting music until well past 2am, with no regard for anyone else. I had young children to get up with in the morning. If you're a normal person, don't waste your money or holiday here. It's a dumping ground, and I won't come back.

Our family wanted a break from technology, so the patchy Wi-Fi by the pool didn't bother me much. The pool was clean and secure, though the lifeguard came across as a bit rude and I think he only spoke French. Bring budgie smugglers, since swimming shorts aren't allowed. The pitch was a good size, shaded by trees, and staff were happy to put our family on adjoining pitches. It's a peaceful campsite in a quiet local area, with basic amenities including electric hook-up. The toilets and shower blocks are tired and need refurbishing, which is why I'm not giving five stars. There are blocks on both sides of the site, though visitors seem to ignore the male and female signs. The washing areas were clean and never too busy. There's a fairly new washing machine, and it was okay to use for €5.50. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it.
