From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but inside it’s beautiful. The hosts were so attentive!

The room was comfortable, with a little sitting area, and breakfast was a generous French-style spread. We were welcomed very warmly. A couple of little things could be better, like having soap and shampoo in the shower. The private parking is tight for a large vehicle, though there’s room at the nearby church parking lot.

Breakfast was generous, with pastries, fresh bread and jam, and the hosts even suggested places for us to explore in Alsace. We had a wonderful stay at the gîte. Our room was spotless, superb and really comfortable, and the welcome was very warm. Dinner with the hosts and the other guests was friendly and delicious. We weren’t disappointed at all and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely evening dining with the owners, with a delicious regional meal and plenty of wine 😊. The conversation ranged across all sorts of topics. The old house is charming and furnished with great taste, and the welcome was simple, lively and warm. We were very happy with our stay and will return when we get the chance.

We’ve stayed there twice now and will definitely be back. APAVA is a lovely place, with a warm welcome and very good homemade regional food. The room was spacious, bright and beautifully renovated and furnished. It had two canopy beds with good bedding, a quality bathroom, and a toilet in the hallway.
