The staff were really helpful and friendly. We’d requested a baby cot when booking, and even though we arrived late, it was already set up just right. We only stayed one night on a road trip. The hotel is basic and a little dated, but clean, and everything worked.
Friendly place to stay, though the accommodation is pretty basic.
Fortunately, someone having a drink at the bar pointed us toward an Ibis in Monceau-les-Mines, where we got a very warm welcome at 6 pm. We’d booked a month ahead, but when we arrived there was no room for us. The person on site didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t give us the names of any nearby hotels.
The price doesn’t make up for how poor the quality is. There’s really nothing interesting about this restaurant, and I’d avoid it.
It’s gone now.
