Au Pays des Bulles

The food was a real treat, made with fresh local ingredients and served at the table. Tucked away in the woods, this peaceful little haven made it easy to disconnect. The staff were attentive and available when needed, while still respecting our privacy. We got a warm, funny welcome too. A wonderful place, and accessible to everyone. I highly recommend it.

The meal was delicious, and Jazzy the cat was a big hit with my boys 😍🤭. We loved the Oak Bubble, such a magical, unusual place where you can forget everything and just enjoy the moment. I surprised my husband and our two little ones with the stay, and they were thrilled. Pierre is lovely and very attentive, and he enjoys sharing his love of nature. Nothing to complain about, it was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in nature ♥️

We loved having breakfast with the birds and a very affectionate cat, then taking in the stars and the quiet. The bubbles are tucked into the forest and really let you feel immersed in nature. It was such a lovely find, with a perfect welcome. Thanks again!

On June 11th, we were warmly welcomed and really enjoyed our magical night in the pop-up bubble. The rest of the experience was deeply disappointing. We hadn't ordered two dinner baskets, so we ended up with no dinner. We had ordered an aperitif and breakfast, including a gluten-free option, but everything contained gluten and was mediocre. From 6 pm to 11 pm, a cannon was fired to scare birds, then it woke us at 6 am and kept going every 15 minutes. The owner provided no customer service, didn't reply to my messages, and refunded us far less than the services were worth. We won't return to try the other bubbles, or to Montendre. I wouldn't recommend it to family or friends.
