Les chambres de Filou

We had a wonderful weekend in a splendid setting, with Philippe and Erina making us feel welcome from the start. Happy birthday, Erina! The service was great, and Philippe's meals were always a success. The modern amenities, decor, and equipment were more than adequate. I wholeheartedly recommend this gîte and invite you to discover it. You won't be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the homemade brioche, fruit juice, jams, and other generous breakfast offerings. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant bathroom with a shower. The relaxing grounds include a lovely pool, ping-pong table, and pétanque court. The couple were charming and attentive, and everything about the welcome felt thoughtful. It was a shame there wasn’t dinner that evening, but Philippe had told me beforehand and recommended a restaurant 15 minutes away on foot. I had a divine 300g ribeye there at a very reasonable price. The value for money is unbeatable. Along with "faisanderie16", "les chambres de Filou" was one of my favorite finds this summer, and I definitely plan to return. I highly recommend it.

The evening meal was excellent, with local produce, and breakfast was magnificent. Philippe's homemade brioche was a real treat, alongside fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and homemade jams. Philippe and Irina welcomed us so warmly that we felt at ease right away. Their former family home has been renovated beautifully and decorated with great care by Irina. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!

The mix of traditional charm and modern furnishings makes Chambre de Filou a unique place, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy. My wife and I spent seven nights there last year and had an incredibly wonderful holiday. Philippe and Irina were very kind, took excellent care of us, and were always available. We’ll definitely return to enjoy the South of France again. If you’re heading to France, stay at Chambre de Filou! Thank you both so much for your hospitality. Keep up the great work!
