We came away smiling, with lots of memories and our arms full of products. The peaceful setting made the whole weekend feel like a proper break. With five friends, we did the foie gras workshop, and Jean-Pierre explained everything clearly, sharing his expertise with humor and keeping us involved throughout. France Laure's food was a real treat, with quality ingredients, plenty of flavor, and lovely presentation at every meal. We felt at home from the warm welcome, and you could tell there was a real enthusiasm for sharing. We also used our free Saturday afternoon to visit Domaine de Bilé, which we recommend. A lovely place with wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this stay and will be back very soon.

France and Jean-Pierre made us feel so welcome in a peaceful, beautiful setting. The room was well equipped, and every room had been decorated with such care. The meals were delicious, with both sweet and savory dishes, and they shared their passion for their geese with us. France can also point you toward the places worth seeing in the Gers region. It's hard to get back to everyday life after a stay like this.

France-Laure's meals were absolutely delicious, and she really is a culinary artist. We had such a convivial weekend, with laughter, good moments together, and Jean-Pierre generously sharing his knowledge and experience. We left with delicious homemade products and light hearts, carrying the memory of that wonderful, timeless weekend with us. Thank you both for your warm welcome and passion.
