The foot session brought a few injuries to light, while the facial reflexology felt more focused on alignment and helping me unwind. My daughters had given me both treatments, and I found the practitioner very capable. Thanks for listening so carefully and helping me.

I turned up feeling stressed, with eczema so itchy I wanted to scratch my face off. By the next day the itching had eased. The foot reflexology was fantastic too. Such a lovely surprise, and a caring person with a gift I really believe in. Thank you.

I’m already looking forward to coming back. The foot reflexology followed by facial litho-reflexology gave me some lovely moments of relaxation and well-being. Rachel was gentle and professional, and I’d happily recommend her. Thank you!

My treatment was tailored and effective, and it soothed my pain. I had a wonderfully relaxing experience in a very welcoming place. I’d definitely recommend the Energy Center.
