I wanted to postpone my reservation after my daughter broke her leg, but for a week they neither replied nor helped with the booking, and they didn't answer the phone. Only the day before our stay did they get back to me, asking for proof that my daughter couldn't travel. I sent a document showing her hospital visit, since she had to be in hospital and clearly couldn't go. Hotel Cottages was a very unpleasant company to deal with, with no contact for that whole week and even a claim that their computer was broken. I don't recommend them.

Everything was in order when we arrived, and the place was clean and tidy. The couch, pillows, and bed could have been more comfortable.

We left immediately after finding signs of bed bugs, and I'm glad I checked before bringing any home. With all the news, I turned over the mattresses and saw dark stains on the bed baseboards that looked like blood and feces. There were dead bugs, signs of chemical treatment, and two live ones under another upstairs mattress. The old wooden bed frames are cracked and may be full of eggs; the fabric is dirty and worn. The interior is dated, beat up, and somewhat dirty. The owner barely admitted there had been bed bugs and that the place had been treated, then said he was shocked there were still some and promised to reimburse us. Three days later he stopped answering calls and messages, and marked us as “didn't show up” on Booking so we couldn't leave a review. I don't expect to get our money back. The owner took our money, and this feels like a scam. Please stay away.

The service made us very happy. The place was clean and close to Disneyland Paris, and the local bus stop to the hotel is just a five-minute walk away.

A nice location for an overnight stop for the Disney parks. The room was clean and seemed well organized, and the parking was good.
