Charming, with a quirky simplicity that really works.

The room didn’t even have Wi-Fi or a desk to work at, despite what the booking description said. I was also put in a one-meter-wide bed and had to share my private space, including the bathroom and toilet, with my supervisor during a business trip. Three days of hassle and disappointment, since the Gîtes de France listing had described something else.

The river and Roman bridge view from the spacious, clean, comfortable room was superb. Chantal welcomed us so warmly, and the house itself has loads of charm. Breakfast was plentiful and just right. There’s parking on the property too. We’d happily recommend this bed and breakfast.

A warm welcome, a comfortable, pleasant room, and an excellent breakfast.

The peaceful, green setting made for a lovely stay, and the room had all the comforts we needed. Mrs. Paris gave us a very warm welcome. We also booked the evening meal, the table d'hôtes, and I’d definitely recommend it. Breakfast was very good too. We’ll be back!
