CGH Résidence & Spa La Napoléon (MNV101)

We really enjoyed our stay last week. The apartments are good quality, and the location is superb, close to all the shops and right across from the slopes. The bread delivery was a real treat, and the front desk staff were helpful. We also made good use of the spa and pool, but tried to go at quieter times. Families with children were often in the spa despite signs saying it was for over-16s. I can see how that makes the pool and spa good for families, but if you want a quiet spa visit as an adult, this might not be the place. It could help if the residence set family hours and adult-only hours. Even so, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The ski slopes are only a few steps from the huge boot room, which has heated boot racks, and there’s a great store underneath with lovely rotisserie chicken, plus a Spar right beside it. The apartments have everything you need, including an excellent kitchen with a dishwasher and a generous welcome kit: washing-up liquid, rubbish bags, sauces, tea, coffee and tea towels. The spa is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great, convenient place to stay. We’ll be back.

We had a great time at this residence. The location was fantastic, the room was well equipped, and we really enjoyed the sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Our host Sara was cheerful and helpful when she welcomed us. We were three, and I do think the sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable, but otherwise we loved our stay.

We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at le Napoleon Montgenevre. Our spacious three-bedroom apartment faced the slopes, just as we’d requested, with lovely mountain views. Cross the quiet road and you’re on the piste. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, spacious and really well equipped. Sara gave us a warm welcome at reception, and she and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly all week. Each evening we made use of the large pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Everything was spotless and a very welcome treat after a day skiing. It was also so convenient to have fresh bread and pastries delivered to our door each morning, with plenty of choice. The residence is right in the village centre, with restaurants and bars nearby. There’s a Spar supermarket downstairs with reasonable prices, and a ski hire shop next door.
