The spa was a lovely extra after a chilly February day, and our room was charming, spacious, and had a big bed, a nice walk-in shower, and welcome underfloor heating. Pascal and Sylvie also made us a special Valentine's Day meal, with delicious cooking made from local, seasonal ingredients. This was our first bed and breakfast stay, and we were delighted. They were warm, attentive, and did everything they could to make our visit pleasant. We’ll remember our time with you fondly.

Dinner and breakfast were both perfect, and the room was very clean with comfortable bedding. We slept so well. This was our first time in a bed and breakfast, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start. The welcome was warm and professional without being pretentious. You were kind and attentive, and shared your knowledge of the region, places to visit, and the local products you offer. It was a simple but enriching stay, with absolutely no complaints. Thank you, and we hope to come back for longer soon. Alex and Jérôme

There was so much to see and do that we didn’t get around to trying the relaxation area, so we’ll have to return. We actually extended our visit because the restored house was so charming, the table d'hôtes was delightful, and the welcome was so warm. Sylvie and Pascal were friendly and thoughtful hosts. They suggested visits and activities, let us try some delicious local products, and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The house is also well placed for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux.

The spa area was fantastic, and the owners were so welcoming. The gîte was just right, with a spotless, really spacious room and a generous breakfast that tasted great. Highly recommend it. We’ll be back soon. See you again.

We had a wonderful time at La Belle Varenne. The building is private, but the rooms are splendid, and Sylvie and Pascal were lovely, professional hosts. Their cooking was a real treat. Thank you.
