The evening staff were genuinely kind and tried to help, and breakfast was nice until I found mould on the bread. The room situation was poor from the start: the first had a dirty floor, stained sheets and a leaking sink. The replacement was barely better, with dirty furniture and more stained linen. During my week there, not once in six days were the sheets changed, the floor vacuumed, the bins emptied or the towels properly replaced. I ended up emptying the bins, getting fresh towels and cleaning the floor myself every day. Great location, but I won't be back. Avoid it.

The staff were inattentive and their attitude was terrible. My room was extremely dirty, with dust all over, and there were no towels or water. This was the most unhygienic hotel I've ever stayed in. I would never choose it again. The same complaint applies throughout my stay: filthy rooms, no towels or water, and awful service.

The location worked really well, right by the train station and with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. My room was spacious and clean, and breakfast tasted good. Service let things down, though. During my five days there, the room was cleaned just once, and some reception staff didn't speak enough English to sort out problems. The parking under the hotel is suitable for cars only, not vans.

From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly, and I felt looked after the whole time. The staff were welcoming, professional and always ready to help. I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Paris and would happily return. Thanks so much to everyone on the team 👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰

The station is nearby, which made getting around convenient. My room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was fresh and good, and the staff were helpful and very friendly. I had a pleasant stay at this B&B hotel and would definitely recommend it.
