The setting was a real highlight: even though the property sits on the main road, the grounds felt private and peaceful. We loved the private path into Montlouis-sur-Loire, and the location between Tours and Amboise made it easy to explore the Loire Valley. Parking off the street was handy too. We stayed in the Regency Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable, with lovely decor and loads of space. The big bathroom was a nice place to relax after a day out. James and Céline were genuinely kind and helpful, and made us feel well looked after. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and delicious each morning. We had a really relaxing, memorable visit and will be back, especially once the new restaurant opens later this year. Highly recommend.

Our dog had room to run around and play in the lovely garden, and dogs are welcome here. A path at the back connects the family-run B&B to town. It’s a charming, cozy place, and breakfast was nice and homemade.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’ll be back. The rooms are lovely, and the spot by the river is beautiful. A few days ago I was cycling with three friends when two came down with the flu. The staff were wonderful and helped us work out a solution. I highly recommend this hotel in the Loire.

The garden was lovely, and we had a great dinner here, though you need to book ahead. Our room was nicely decorated and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Celine made the yogurt we had at breakfast, which was delicious. The hosts were kind and helpful, and we had an amazing night. We’ll definitely return.

The owners made us feel like family, and we were greeted by their sweet puppy Maya when we arrived. Our room was lovely, very clean and fairly new inside, with views of the river on one side and the courtyard on the other. It wasn’t too fancy, but it suited us well. Breakfast was great, with lots of homemade things: yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, bread, and delicious little light buttery biscuits. We stayed two nights while exploring the Loire valley. The town is very quiet, and the streetlights go off after 8:00 pm and come back on at 6:00 am. I didn’t get to see everything I wanted in the Loire valley, so if I return, I’ll stay at this lovely bed and breakfast again.
