Ghost was an extraordinary host, and deserves a special thank you. We had two very pleasant nights, with delicious breakfasts and half-board meals. The welcome and room were just as good, and I can't fault a thing. The value for money was outstanding. Go and discover this place.

The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the hotel is a lovely fit for anyone who enjoys open spaces and poetry. Thoreau quotes decorate the reception room. David welcomed us at the very last minute, late at night, after we'd been scammed by Airbnb. His generosity and kindness rescued our vacation. It's reassuring that hospitable people like him are still around in France. Highly recommended!

Dinner was fantastic, especially the truffle ravioli, and everything we ate was delicious. The local ingredients were full of flavor and served generously. The rooms were wonderful too. We came across a remarkable place with an American feel that suits our hosts and their "animals" perfectly. Thanks for such a great stay. Your partnership works beautifully, and we were delighted.

The natural surroundings made it easy to switch off, and we had a wonderful stay at L’Orée du Vercors. We loved the comfortable themed rooms, the warm welcome, and the homemade food made with local products. It works well for couples, families, or a group of friends. We'd love to come back.
