The staff were welcoming, and everything was nice. My room was spacious and clean, with hot drinks available for free in the morning. When I asked to add another night, they let me keep the same room. They also kept my luggage at reception until 4 P.M. after checkout, which was really helpful and kind. I'd definitely recommend it. :)

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were attentive and very helpful, especially Maribel. I'd stay here again.

I stayed twice, for a week each time. The room was roomy enough, the bed very comfortable, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The staff were friendly and patient. Special thanks to Maribel and Axel, who were genuinely helpful and super nice. Breakfast is the one thing I'd improve. It was the same every day, with no hot food, and I was already tired of it after the first day, let alone after a whole week. It would be nice to have cooked whole eggs or scrambled eggs ready instead of having to boil them ourselves. Maybe they don't serve hot dishes in summer. We'll see what it's like in winter.

Reception gave excellent service. Parking for one night and the next day cost 10 euros, which was great. The tram is five minutes away, and it's three stops to the city centre.

We got a lot for the price. The rooms were much nicer than we expected, with plenty of space, a great kitchen area, and a good bathroom. All the staff were friendly. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a bit farther from the city centre, so not too bad. Great value and a great stay.
