For the price, this was decent value. Our one-bedroom apartment was a comfortable size, though the kitchen and bathroom looked dated. I appreciated the ventilation and soundproof walls: even in hot weather with direct sun, the temperature inside was just right. It stayed calm through the day, with some car noise that didn't bother me, and at night too. I did hear children crying in the next room once while I was in the corridor. The cigarette smell in the room when we arrived was unpleasant, especially after the receptionist stressed that smoking indoors wasn't allowed. We had a child with us and asked to change rooms, but were refused. The receptionists otherwise seemed friendly. Breakfast wasn't worth the price to me. There were very few choices, so I'd buy something at a supermarket instead. Maybe it's worth it if you just want coffee or juice and a croissant in the morning. You'll need a car to get here. The place is okay at the price, but I'd probably only return if I couldn't find anything else suitable.
