The location makes getting to the city centre easy, and the parking felt secure. I came by car, but as a motorbike rider I’d especially appreciate the safety for bikes. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were lovely. The beds are very comfortable, though the rooms may be a bit small. The walls are thin, so noisy neighbours can be heard. Yes, I’d definitely stay again.

We found the hotel very convenient with our six-month-old: it’s near the city centre, shops, cafés, and lovely French bakeries, and the parking was easy even with our large car. The elevator goes straight from the parking level to any floor, which helped with the baby and all our things. We stayed four days while traveling through the south of France and were very satisfied. Our room had plenty of room for the stroller and foldable play mat, and the wide hallways made moving around easy. The large bed, comfortable sofa, and well-designed bathroom made it a pleasant family stay. The kitchen had the dishes we needed, a kettle, and a coffee machine. We just wished there had been more coffee capsules. It was comfortable and peaceful, and I’d confidently recommend it to families with children.

The kitchen is so cramped that I wouldn’t plan on cooking or eating in the apartment. There’s no dish drying rack, and the table is barely large enough for two. The online photos also made the place look nicer and more spacious than it was, so it felt overpriced. It was dirty when we arrived. The toilet had black marks, the bathroom floor turned black when we wiped it, and even the cabinet under the sink was filthy. Nobody came to clean during our stay or brought fresh towels or toilet paper. We had to ask repeatedly for basic supplies, and when the trash overflowed, we had to take it out ourselves. The Wi-Fi would work for a few minutes, then stop completely. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was super clean and eco-friendly. Public transport is close by too. It was a great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to visitors or short-term workers coming to Montpellier.
