We stayed two nights in mid-October. The hotel is well placed for public transport and the city centre, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We used the fitness room twice. It only had three cardio machines, but all were working and we got good workouts in. The steam room was great too. We went in three times and had it to ourselves for relaxing FKK steam and shower sessions. Our room's locking device had a problem, apparently because the battery had died, and the staff compensated us for the inconvenience. On our full day in Montpellier, we took the number 1 Blue Line tram out towards the University/Hospital area, then walked the GR 563 to Grabels. We found Montpellier to be a friendly, modern city.

The staff and restaurant were excellent, nothing to complain about. Over two nights this weekend, we found the room clean and well arranged, breakfast decent, and the pool a real pleasure in the hot weather. The location was perfect for a weekend away, two minutes on foot from the train station and six from the city centre.

The room was roomier than I’d expected, and everything looked clean and neat. The pool was great, too. We were in a great spot, and the reception team were friendly and helpful. The toilet didn’t flush properly, but I told reception and they sent someone up to check it.

Daniel deserves a special thank-you for making us feel at home and helping whenever we needed something. The hotel sits on a quiet street, though it’s only a short walk from transport and cafes. We also loved the pretty courtyard. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were kind. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable, and there was a nice pool with good food options. The location and service were great as well. Traveling with a toddler did make a couple of things difficult: there’s no ramp for a stroller, and the room doesn’t have a fridge for baby food and milk.
