The staff were really nice and always tried to help when something came up. The location worked well too: the tram stop is a few minutes away, the airport shuttle stops nearby, and getting to the center didn’t take long. I especially liked the pool. It was clean and a good size, though closing at 6:45 pm felt early. My room had a small kitchen with the essentials, a great balcony with a lovely view, and space to dry clothes. The air conditioning was useful in Montpellier’s heat, but rather noisy. Over my six nights, nobody seemed to clean the room or change the towels. The bathroom was a bit moldy and dirty, and the whole residence felt somewhat shabby and unclean. Breakfast was very basic: no eggs, fruit, vegetables, or even drinking water. The dishes didn’t match, and some had stains.

The hotel is decent and reasonably priced for a city-center spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nindy and Laetitia at reception. The infrastructure could use some improvement.

Modern rooms, a perfect location, and excellent treatment made this one of Montpellier’s finest residences in my view. I’d strongly recommend it to everyone. You won’t regret it.
