Free parking right out front was easy, so I never needed the hotel garage. It’s pet friendly too. The staff were helpful, professional, and cheerful, and the building and rooms are clearly well maintained. My room was clean and bright, with a fabulous balcony for watching the sunset. The bed was very comfortable, with crisp white sheets and a fluffy comforter, and the AC kept everything cool. The bathroom had a bathtub, plenty of hot water for a soak, and a great towel heater for drying a bathing suit. There’s also a washer and dryer. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Five stars!

The worst hotel experience of my life. I had a confirmed reservation made weeks ahead, but they tried to call me just two hours before I arrived, when I was on a flight. I got there after 11 pm, and the security guard wouldn’t let me in because there was an issue with my card. They provide an emergency phone number, but either it didn’t work or they didn’t consider leaving me outside an emergency. I was stuck sleeping in my car, if you can call it that, until 7 am. Never again. A shame.

Worst hotel experience ever. We booked a night and had to arrive late after a road accident. We’d told them ahead of time, and they said we could check in by showing ID to security. Instead, the guard wanted to take my credit card somewhere else and photocopy it out of my sight. I asked to at least see what he was copying, but when I refused, he locked the door. We were left outside the hotel for two hours in the middle of the night with a baby and a four-year-old. I eventually agreed to the photocopy so the kids could get some sleep. In the apartment there was just one double bed and a sofa that wasn’t made up, with no sheets or duvet cover. We paid for four people, not two. The place was quite dirty and shabby, absolutely not worth the 150€ we paid. We’d booked because secure parking was advertised, but they said it was full. We had to park in the middle of nowhere and worried about our car too.

We had a bad experience with this hotel. They kept two deposits of 500€ each, and neither was returned. The hotel said they had “unlocked” the money, but it never came back into my account. My bank told me it was a robbery by the hotel.
