The pillows smelled really bad. We complained, but no one replied or replaced them. The place was dirty.

I canceled my reservation three days ago and still haven’t received a refund. I absolutely don’t recommend this company. The prices on Booking.com look attractive, but after confirming the booking and having the money taken, I found out there was a €500 deposit held for a week. They also said arriving after 8:00 PM would cost another €30, even though all you have to do is collect a key from a lockbox. They then required a scan of both sides of every traveler’s ID, plus a selfie from each traveler. These practices are illegal.
